Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry, and licensed since 2011 by the Arizona Medical Licensing Board to practice medicine in Arizona, Andrew T. Haber, M.D. completed undergraduate studies in the School of Arts and Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis in 1991, received his M.D. degree in 1999 from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Medicine, and completed post-graduate training in psychiatry and child psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut and then the Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute at the University of California in San Francisco in 2004. Since then he has provided inpatient, outpatient, and consultation-liaison psychiatric services to patients of all ages in Northern California and the Greater Phoenix area in Arizona.
Dr. Haber maintains academic appointments of Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix and the Creighton University School of Medicine where he provides clinical and didactic education to medical students and post-graduate trainees. He is contracted with several health insurance networks, including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TRICARE. |
